Contiguous USA

  • Packages are shipped via Fedex, USPS, DHL or UPS Ground 2-7 Business Days

  • Free shipping for the Contiguous USA Only. 

  • No PO Boxes.

  • This is a natural item, Please open package Immediately Upon Arrival.

  • If courier damage occurs in shipping, Please contact us urgently at : contact@boisdhivernage.com    

Addresses & Changes

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. If used, we will try to contact you to get a street address. This will delay shipment. 

Please note that we can not intercept and change street addresses after orders have been placed. If an old or incorrect address has been used, we may be able to cancel if the order has not already been processed at the time of receipt of your email.  Please understand that once an item is en route to you, we cannot stop the shipment and change the address.

We are unable to: 

  • Refund or Replace due to incorrect address entered at time of placing the order.

  • Retrieve the package from the address it was shipped to.

  • Stop the package once processed or en route.

Lost/Stolen Claims
We promise to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items. 

However, once delivered,  we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the courier or police about any loss or delivery disputes.

We are not able to reship or refund items which are confirmed delivered, by the courier.
